What is enough to detect that someone is scammer ?

Is it enough that in first message she/he use stolen pictures
which can be identified ?

Or do we need to mail and mail until he/she starts to ruin
money ?

I think the stolen pictures are a good evidence of the scam. But to be on a safe side, I would suggest that you post her information in the Pending Verification section of the forum until the money request letter arrives.
