I live in France and I am on relation( email relation so far) with a girl from Ukraine ( Khmelnytskyi, west of the country).

We should meet at the end of august, she gave me her mobile phone number which I called and we spoke, every thing was fine.

The only thing that make me suspicious is that she want us to meet in the east ( Donesk or Lugansk) , because the company she works for ( and thererfore her) will have to move there for the entire month for work.

My question is : is there a way to know from which city the mobile phone number I called is: the begining of phone number is :380 97 9 and six digits.

Mobile phones are, MOBILE!

Even if they got a phone with a number that would appear to be one city, they can be using it anywhere. The scammers do this. The only people who know where the phone is actually being used is the phone company...and they won't tell you.

My guess is she is in Donetsk or Lugansk NOW........can you check the email headers?

I don t know if , from this adress, it is possible to detect from which city she writes from , or from where she registred, with IP and so on....
