I was there in '04, and it was like that (I mean, with different prices). And they can spot a foreigner who speaks Russian- so the language won't help with discounts to museums.

usually they can even easy to see from face and generally when look at the person -that its foreigner Cool

and i always surprise how in other countries they all can recognise russian in me Laughing

I guess it would be quite difficult for me to pose as a real Russian. My English accent is just too strong, not to mention my Russian being quite basic Very Happy
