Russian Detective

I am writing to two woman, one is Ukrainian and the other is Russian. Both of them are asking me very quickly (less than a month) if my intentions are true and if I am serious about having a strong relationship. Is it common for women of the FSU to be so upfront and serious so quickly? I am not sure if they are setting me up for cash or just tired of men from other countries showing interest and then vanishing on them.

If they are genuine, they won't wish to waist much time on someone who isn't. You need to know that a "real" Russian woman would never ask for money. They are too proud. They may hint that things are not fantastic, and things are expensive. If they ask for money, 99% sure it is a scam.

Check the things we tell you to check in the email headers. This answers a lot of questions.

If that doesn't tell you it's a scam, there's also the possibility that the woman is desperate to get out of the country.

(BUT CHECK THE HEADERS FIRST!!!)

Not so common with FSU girls any more, but some of the Asian women talk to MANY men at one time. Most men have no intentions of visiting them. The ladies know most won't, but need a shotgun approach to maybe find one who will.
The goal is to get at them to come visit them. They aren't so picky, and may marry the first guy who shows up.

cant say about myself- i am exception Laughing

)))..but if I am thinking about girls around me...-comes to the conclusion that people are very different...

i have one girl friend 5-6 years ago she was 40yo if i remember correct...she was not guru with PC ,and i was a person who helped her to registr at some dating sites)))..so, she was seriouse from the begining and for her was very important that guy from other side of monitor also seriouse

now she live in australia and very happy with her husband

do remember that he is happy as well Razz

another girl was not seriouse from the begining but when saw how guy really seriouse and love her-she took it very seriouse and fall in love of course Wink

now they have 2 children and living not far from Rim Very Happy

so,one was seriouse from 1st minite and wanted the same,another was not seriouse at all.....result was the same in both cases Laughing

what does it mean? Very Happy

...i am very sure that life is a lottery Laughing

Well, I received a email this morning from the translator service from one of the girls saying she no longer has any money on her account and can not write me back but wanted to know if I was still interested in corresponding with her. I replied yes and I will wait until she has the money to bring her account current Rolling Eyes

The other one wrote me that she wanted to visit me as soon as possible and would I be willing to help finance her trip, I told her in an earlier email that I would like to meet her but I could not take leave from work until this summer. Ugh!!!! I guess I am back to square one..........

Mods, let me know if you want me to place either of these girls in the scammer list.

Definately. If it's a scammer then we want to know all about it. And of course, by posting up about "her" you can help stop people falling for the scam.
