I have been scammed several times and called and asked Elena of R-D several weeks ago if she new of any Reputable agencies and if Anastasia web was ethical. She would not take my money and instead referred me to RWGuide.com - I did a lot of research and what I found was both a good rating system and list s of MOB agencies in the FSU.

Since then RWG was not so secretly purchased by a Russian MOB agency and the new moderators and so called topic specialists have been giving a lot of poor advice and attacking anyone who does not agree with their foolish advice.

Turns out I saved a lot of money avoiding Anastasiawed.com and they were recently given an unsatisfactory rating by the NE BBB.

- he does not sell addresses, sells not tours, interviews all the women personally he signs up and verifies their interest and sincereity and provides a very reasonably priced matchmaking service. His is one of the few formats optimized for success versus the giant address database mills, romance tour husltlers (now considered sex tours by any local women of quality in the FSU countires), and translation scammers.

I have heard some criticism of Jim's Lists as he shines a light on a lot of unethical and marginal operators with his Gold, Grey and Black Lists of agencies. People say he takes money for listing agencies - its more like he allows the better agencies to have live links on his site. FOr instance he does have Elena's Models prominently featured though discreetly - I am sure this is not by accident - web servers and download bandwidth are not free. That said at least he has some very simple basic and understandable business behavior requirements and an equally easy to understand rating system. imho

- Agency must NOT ask for payment (only) through a wire transfer.
- Agency must NOT advertise its girls on other sites.

- Agency must remove known scammer profiles.
- Agency must reply to me and NOT argue with me about regulations.
- Agency must NOT blame FSU offices for problems.

The above rules of conduct are really not too much to ask for!

By the way, do a search on RWG on Elena's Models and Elena Petrova. There used to be several threads (by AM clients) there that made me a bit concerned about EMs. Now after so many old threads have been gone, I am not sure whether those old threads are still there.

Also, ladies on Antidate could not hate EM more then they already do it seems. Basically all woman who used that agency (at least the one who are members of Antidate) have rated EMs very low.

I have great respect to Elena and her agency, but after reading some of what have been said about it on Antidate and previously on RWG I am slightly concerned. Of course, as we say in Russia, even the Sun is not without some dark spots, no person or agency is 100% perfect, some problems here and there are expected. EMs is not an exeption.

Thank you Elena for being a class act - refusing to meet me and take my money - for keeping me from being ripped off by Anastasiaweb.com.

I joined the RWG Forums as you suggested - read 100's of posts and topics, got a lot of useless fluffy advice from the new owner's foolish moderators just trying to sell "romance" tours to FSU.

BUT - I did get quite a bit of truly great wisdom as PMs or private messages from some very serious and experienced men who have taken multiple trips to FSU countries (mostly Russia and Ukraine).

Thank you too for putting up this forums web site where sincere men and women with honorable intentions can communicate and share information. I hope to share my experiences here both good and bad as I continue the process of finding a sincere and loving FSU wife.

When I recommended you RWG, I had no clue how things would change in such short time. I find the atmosphere thee not too pleasant now so I too try to stay away from there, expect for "Ask RW" section. However, I still think that RWG has enormous potential. Some posters there are very experienced.

I am glad my web site was helpful and informative to you. I will try to do my best to keep it that way. Though you may already know that due to my upcoming college enrollment I will hire help to be my replacement for about 80% of the time starting this summer. So RD will take some time to adjust to the new employees and new ways to do things. I expect a couple of rough months before things will get back to the current level.

Yes there are both good points and bad points to EMs. Good point is she charges a flat fee per month to email unlimited ladies directly. General consensus among the men is that she recently culled a lot of the inactive ladies from her database but best results are to be had with her current ladies catalogue. Bad news is she is based in Australia's Gold Coast, aggregates preferred (meaning pretty) ladies from her network of referral agencies across the FSU and does not interview them personally.

So lots of men were sending emails to women who were no longer interested and that may be why Antidate hates her so bad - the men clients naturally become frustrated when the are shown so many smokin' hot Lana pictures but never get replies.

Well, it is not the only reason Antidate girls hate her... but I cannot speak for Anidate, so I won't go there.

I do agree that EM is one of the better agencies that is currently available.

I do not believe I heard anything negative about Kiev Connections yet. Please keep us updated on your experiences with those two agencies.

Jim'slist is not a good pick. He has Fiance.com which is good as the agents that forward through them. They do get rid of scammers, but they do not get rid of agencies that forward the scammer's emails.
I also had a battle with Jim to blacklist someone and he has refused with no reason.

Jim does seem to have other agendas from my reading. Its not a site I would trust anymore.
