Software or hardware designed specifically for tracking scammers and racketeering mobs whose scam email they send to their victims.
* The software automatically scans the Headers and the entire contents of the scammers incomming email they have sent to his/her victims. using this Hi-tech, state of the art tracking software or with such a device is un-heard of.
* Once the information is collected from the scam email it's then transferred to the trusted Global Intelligence Database who are then able to extract and process any or all of that information and other information related to the same scammer which is then forwarded to the Depts of Justice in the vincinity of the scammers location.
Mind you, this kind of software wouldn't be another microsoft product.
All thoughts & views are welcome!

Its a good therory, many times I have asked myself there has to be something out there that allows us to track these e-mails with a little more accuracy, I have spent many a night searching the internet for some kind of software that can pinpoint IP's or better yet MAC's, needless to say I have yet to find it.In a world of Proxys and Sat-hook ups being a ghost on the internet is an easy thing to do.
There is oneproblem with your theory, as I see it anyway, if you do what you have propossed, you have now given "Big Brother" permission to scan and read every e-mail sent, privacy is, well.....thrown out the window, personaly I dont want George W to be able to read my e-mails, have you seen the Patriot Act? Anyone remember the movie Swordfish? He went to jail for shuting down a program called Carnivore, it was an FBI tool that scaned and read any and all e-mails sent looking for illegal activities ( I am sure it was fictitious, for the movie) Long story short it brings up the popular, privacy debate, and I would much rather find a way to track them that does not involve the goverment reading e-mails, that goes for all goverments, not just the US _________________ NEW MEMBERS - Please read this before posting, everything you need to know is right here,

Ahh thanks Billy Bob! ... Ofcourse there would have to be settings & tools of some kind on the softwares interface to allow the user to select a multiple range of options for all incomming email.
Your email would then be split into sub-groups. Trusted email from reliable sources ends up in one location of your inbox, as with spam in another, and therefore all the scam email that is detected by the program ends up in a different location again, but at the same time has been diverted to the Database as previously mentioned.
"It would be like your email inbox would be wearing it's own bullet proof vest.. so to speak!"
I may have seen the film you speak of, I'm not too sure though!
Cheers!

Well if you can develop it I'll be the first one to buy it,
The movie is one you wouldn't forget all that easy, John Travolta, Hugh Jackman, and who could forget the million dollar shoot of Halle Berry showing her "Sweater Cows" (big waste of money if you ask me), if that dont jog your memory, they picked up a bus with one of those logging helicopters, _________________ NEW MEMBERS - Please read this before posting, everything you need to know is right here,

My days of programming have long since rusted away.
I think there will be far less fraudulent and criminal activity across the globe when they start using the micro-chip implant on people! ... Google earth will then be replaced by People earth which means every living human will be monitered more closely.
People won't be able to buy or sell without it. |
