To post a picture in your message, you'll need to have the picture already on the 'net.
An easy way to do this, is with a Photobucket account.

The account is free, and it has tools that make it easy to post pictures in your message.
You'll need an email address to create your account. I suggest you create a NEW, safe, email account at one of the 'free' services that is not connected to you.
There's a slight chance the scammers may find your photos on the site.
I suggest not having your real name, or an email address you want to keep using, associated with your photobucket site.
You're probably not in any danger, but why not be safe?
For best viewing on this board, limit the width of the picture to
600 pixels. That keeps us from scrolling around to see the whole picture
It's easy to do at Photobucket. In your control album, you'll have an
'edit' button over each picture.
Click that, and you'll see the IMAGE, the IMAGE SIZE, and have some editing features.
IF it's more than 600 pixels WIDE, you can reduce it by clicking on the
'75%', or '50%', and so on.
On your main thumbnail page, will be several boxes underneath each thumbnail, with ready made URL or IMAGE tags.
You can see the Tags boxes underneath the thumbnails on this page.

If you're logged in as the owner of the album has some EDIT options on this page
The TAG you want to use on this board is the bottom one, that says
[IMG] your picture [/IMG]
Cut and paste that one into your message.
You may want to create albums for each 'lady' if you think you'll be uploading pictures of more than one.
The album name is part of your picture URL. If you move the picture into an album later, old links or posts of the picture won't display.
You can also add some text to appear below the picture. I sometimes add the email address, name, or 'scammer'.
Unless you have changed the options for your photo album, each thumbnail will show the following three options underneath.
URL The URL of the picture....
Tag A clickable link for the picture.
And the IMG Tag, you'll want to use here, which will display the picture in your message.
